Orders and Returns
All U.S. orders over $100 will receive FREE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING.
This does not apply to Canada, Hawaii or International shipments.
Specific shipping costs to countries located outside the U.S. will be quoted based on the Shipping Address provided in the Shipping Method section of the
U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail shipping
We offer Priority Mail shipping on all U.S. orders under $100.
All Priority Mail shipments will ship within 24 business hours AFTER products are manufactured.
Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed warehouse processing.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
We ship worldwide through the U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail. Shipping time will depend upon the destination – up to 10 business days following 24
business hours warehouse processing time.
International Priority Mail prices are based on weight and destination and will appear as a Shipping Option in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page.
Shipping Address information must be provided to receive a shipping quote.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re-shipped to the customer once it has been
determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to
us as undeliverable will be reshipped at customer expense.
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending
us a copy of their filed police report.
Our customers desire premium items which are tailored just for them, and it is our promise to deliver quality product to you. We ensure that our products are free of manufacturing errors or product defects. However, if there is any problem with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customized items, understandably cannot be returned unless there in a manufacturing defect or fault. Kindly, note that all reimbursements and exchanges are to be made within 30 days of receipt.
Our priority is to tailor your order just the way you like. We realize that everyone is prone to committing mistakes including us so please do recheck your personalization information before sending in your order. We would also like you to carefully check names, spellings and dates. We love to hear from our customers therefore feel free to contact us through our contact us page in case you have any queries or questions regarding customization.
Due to complexities in personalized orders, we will not be able to entertain any cancellations or changes once the order is placed, please also note that Story Cabin reserves the right to cancel your order based on our judgment if the order is considered indecorous for language, content or material.
In our busy holiday season, we give it our best to make sure your gifts are delivered on time, but because of increased volume and unforeseen circumstances not in our control, you might have to face a slight delay in your order. We will reimburse your shipping & handling fees if we fail to keep our promise of on-time delivery once the delay is confirmed. However, there are no refunds for orders that are slowed down as a result of adverse weather conditions or any unexpected circumstance that may affect Story Cabin or any of our carriers. We know our customers love giving our products away as gifts - so we do are best to make sure that is a reality.
