Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We DO NOT accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Bulk-order products
  • Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you have any additional questions not answered in this policy, please contact our care team.
