COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
Complimentary (free) shipping applies to all orders shipped inside the United States and its territories. It does not apply to international orders.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer complimentary shipping for all products on our web shop. For expedited domestic shipment, please view our Rush Fee option under the services category. Below, are our current rates available for all orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to all allowable countries via the USPS postal service. International mail is calculated and displayed at checkout. Calculations are based on client's location and will differ by weight, size, and destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Story Cabin is not responsible for these charges and is the responsibility of the client.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
All options include live tracking with confirmation. Next Day, Overnight, or Federal Express (FedEx) is not available.
For packages that are non-deliverable due to a wrong address, return to sender, etc., please visit the Services category and click on the Shipping Incidental to have your package re-shipped. We are not responsible for user-error, wrong address inputs, or costs associated with having the package re-shipped.
