Story Cabin LLC is in the business of design, manufacturing, and laser engraving personalized products. Ordering from this website authorized our business to fulfill your order and our obligation to have it delivered to your recipient. This obligation is not eligible for children under the age of 18 whom need a parents consent to the use of this website in advance. All intellectual property such as artwork, designs, and writings on this website is the sole trademarked and copyrighted material of Story Cabin LLC.

WE WILL NOT COMMIT TO DO BUSINESS WITH INDIVIDUALS WHOM:

  • Provide us with trademarked or copyrighted material
  • Use intellectual property not owned by themselves
  • Upload artwork or any design that is not their own such as sport teams, company logos, or character artwork

  • Seek to use material such as, but not limited to, defamation, slander, hate speech, religious intolerance, sexual or explicit content, racial/ gender prejudices, images of harassment, or drugs and other illegal substances 

WARRANTIES

Story Cabin LLC does not warranty the products and services on this website but may in good faith warranty items at its discretion (i.e. movement). All goods sold on this website are of personalized and custom orientation and cannot be returned for whatever reason unless the product or service is defective, or an item has been damaged during shipping. If for whatever reason and in rarity, a personalized or customized order is not engraved properly as to the customers instructions, we will accept a return for a replacement. Due to the nature of wood, and as being a natural material, some variances may occur such as grains and color which in turn may not match the items description or images.

ARBITRATION

Governing Law and Jurisdiction are to be governed in San Bernardino County, California, in the United States of America in accordance to the law. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive courts of California, and the courts competent to determine appeals from those courts. Story Cabin LLC has the right to remedy all instances of complaints before further actions are taken against it or may terminate business relationships if it is deemed necessary to protect itself, workers, and associates.
